In this Master’s emphasis, students learn to apply fundamental concepts and theories from social and cognitive psychology within the context of operational businesses and related economic topics. As an organizational consultant, personnel developer, marketing specialist, or consumer researcher, you are expected to understand and strengthen the human dimension of both family-run and public enterprises, as well as address economic issues.

After completing the program, students may continue with postgraduate specialization programs.

  • The language of instruction in this emphasis is English.
  • This emphasis can also be completed within the German-language Master’s program, using the German-language courses of the core modules, if desired.
